We're here at lovely Stockton Arena. The mats have been cleaned and a handful of wrestlers are running laps. Wrestling set to go at 9 a.m. I'll be posting the winners as I get them, but it'll be some time.
I'll be updating in the comments section of this post.

Thank you so much. Trent is on our wrestling team here in Tracy and my son made fast friends with Eli over the season at different tournaments.
ReplyDeleteJuan Garza by decision
ReplyDeleteTrent has a great wrestling legacy behind him. That's quite the athletic family.
ReplyDelete103 semis
ReplyDeleteGionn Peralta (Vacaville) vs. Ulysses Juan (West)
Emilio Saavedra (Pitman) vs. Juan Garza (Oakdale)
Yes, Trent does. He is fun to watch. His dad coaches for us and he helps my son in practice.
ReplyDeleteTrent's father (Larry) was on the US National Freestyle team and was the 1989 PanAm champ. He was also a CIF 4x qualifier, 3x state placer for Tracy High losing in the final against Palomino in the finals of his senior year when he was injured and having beaten him earlier in the season. You can see him matside with Trent. I hope he makes a good run through consolations and represents Tracy. Many of the kids from Kimball, Tracy and West High (all fed by the club Trent and his father Don) ran for years.
ReplyDeleteJust saw Terry from GV beat Fry from Vaca.
