SJS Masters Wrestling, Day 2!

OK, after some early morning issues I'm finally up and running at Stockton Arena. I will post what I can. Hit and miss on consolation, which is ongoing, but I should have stuff on the semis and maybe a detail or two.

Just saw that Rasooli of Whitney beat Adley of Vaca and Blomgren of DO beat Vasquez of Sheldon.

  42. Amazing just how deep this tournament is. Jankovich and Elliot have been battling for #1 and #2 all postseason. Today, Jankovich turns it on at the right time and eliminates Elliot from medal contention then takes seventh himself. Meanwhile, two guys that weren't in the finals at CIF take 3rd and 4th. Just goes to show you how evenly the field is matched these days. There are probably a dozen guys that won't be going to state that could've placed if one or two things went differently.
